Daniella Ivanova-Dimova graduated from music academy "Pancho Vladigerov" in Sofia, Bulgaria in the opera class of prof. Ressa Koleva. Daniella has been a soloist of the Varna Opera since 1991.
In 1991 she took a special course at the "Boris Christov" Home of the Arts in Rome. In 1992-93 she specialized in the master class of prof. Margaritta Lilova at the Vienna Music Academy. In 1998 she specialized in Italian „bel canto“ under the tutorship of prof. Ida Farina in Milano. She was awarded the First Prize for opera singing at the National Festival of Opera and Ballet, Stara Zagora’89 for the Night Queen from Mozart’s Magic Flute and the First Prize at the Arts Festival – Korea’92.
Daniella Dimova has frequent quest performances in all opera theatres and prestigious international music festivals in Bulgaria. As a guest artist, she toured Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Norway, China and Korea. She has performed with conductors Nello Santi, Rolland Seifart, Markus Huber, Daniel Inbal, Ruslan Raichev, Vassil Kazandjiev, Milen Nachev, Borislav Ivanov, Christo Ignatov and others.
Janette Benun-Nikolaeva was born in Rousse, Bulgaria and finished first the music school in her home town. Later Janette Benun graduated from the Music Academy in Sofia – the piano class of prof. Lily Atanassova. In 1974 she was awarded the Laureate Prize of the „Svetoslav Obretenov“ national competition in Provadia. Janette worked as a piano teacher at the Music School in Rousse and has a number of eminent students awarded various prizes in National and International music competitions. She was chorus master of the mixed choir “Sounds of the Danube” – Rousse (1978-1988) and the mixed choir „Lydia Dushek“ – Varna (1995-2005). Both choirs were awarded numerous prizes in Bulgarian and International competitions. Janette has worked as rehearsal coach and has taught music interpretation in the master classes of prof. Margaritta Lilova, Kaludy Kaludov, Ventzy Katzarov and others. She currently works as rehearsal coach at the Varna Opera House. Janette Benun has successful guest performances in Bulgaria and abroad together with soprano Daniella Dimova.Participants in the Second International Art Forum – Without Borders '09 – Balchik – Bulgaria - co-organized by Scenderman art Network.
